- Please check your booking details carefully (date, time, selected activity and ticket type). Tickets are valid only for the date and time booked and cannot be exchanged or refunded.

- A single ticket gives you access to all exhibitions and collections on the same day. There is no need to purchase a separate ticket for each exhibition.

- Re-entry is not permitted. If you wish to leave the museum and return later the same day, you will need to purchase a second ticket.

- Please note that the last admission time of the day allows for a shortened visit of less than one hour.
